Full Bio


Mr. Majors is a native Hoosier, born and raised in Kokomo, Indiana. Precious is a graduate of Indiana University Kokomo where he received a BA in Communications with a concentration in Leadership. After graduation, Precious chose to further his education by attending Western Michigan University where he studied Educational Leadership with a focus on Student Affairs, graduated in 2014. Since 2011, Precious has been committed to educating underserved and underrepresented students by advocating for life-long learning through mentoring, life coaching, and ministering. His many life experiences and emphasis on community building has led him to various leadership roles within higher education. In his commitment to excellence through education, Precious received a university recognized award for Teaching Excellence in the department of education and was recognized by his colleagues for his display of resilience and determination at Western Michigan University. In addition, Precious has received several opportunities to present at various national conferences on a wide-variety of challenges and proven solutions in the field of higher education. 

Today, Mr. Majors is a dedicated educator, advocator, minister, and aspiring author. Currently Precious serves as Program Advisor, Retention and Support Initiatives for high achieving diverse students at Indiana University in Bloomington, In, President of MoBoy LLC a community development organization, and Young Adults Pastor at Mt. Pisgah. Precious is committed to the development of young-adults (Millennials) in their gifts and talents; as well as becoming confident in their narratives and development of their own personal value system in accordance to God’s word. With the Lord’s direction, Precious accepted his call to preach and has been a minister of the gospel since 2015. Precious enjoys traveling the world, exploring food, sporting, and history with his life partner Nia B. Majors (est. 2017) and daughter Nova Rise Majors (est.2019)!
